What did you talk about this week?

It’s that time of the week when I share some of the wide variety of topics of conversation that came up through work or play in the course of life in a pink fibro.

Sparkling eyes, cheeky smiles, wonky stitches, Rioja, car insurance, new cars, Alla Hoo Hoo (yes, she's back), Sam Moran, scrapbooking, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Lovely Bones, guitar practice, physiotherapy, The World's Biggest Morning Tea, grant applications, pay TV, The Fantastic Mr Fox, chocolate slice, proposals, manuscripts, revisions, waiting, kicking, punching, jumping on the sofa, fundraising, Steiner, home schooling, slow cookers, garbage removal, celebrity profiles, dentistry, birthday presents, accessories, jobs of the future, blogging, firemen, and the importance of sticking with the footy tipping competition even if things look bleak.

  1. Lots of negative stuff to do with school and parents, farts, bowel movements, cute patients (seriously hot rugby player), joy at removing catheters, failing, side boobs, friendship, flowers and centrelink.

  2. You do this to me every week. When will it end?

Ok, let me think... LOST, Sea Shepherd, whaling, sharks, Japanese people, Indonesians, Australians, LOST, Kevin Rudd, bees, Joe Hockey, childhood cancer, Bindi Irwin, LOST, caravans, theme parks, canvas tents, LOST, raffle tickets, hotels, airfares, video cameras, software, Metallica, Greenpeace, LOST, laminators, Dymos, OCD, wet weather, drying clothes, laundromats, iPads, iPhones, iPods, iTunes (its a whore, ask Bern Morley) LOST, the Gold Coast, homelessness, poverty, child sponsorship, orphans, passports and the need to raise another $3,000 in 17 days.

    Goodbye Lost, I'll miss you.

  3. Hmmm, Survivor Heroes vs Villains, MasterChef editing, study redecoration, desks, iPads {sigh}, Florence and the Machine, and, subsequently, why I need red hair...holidays, in-service days {grrr}, colds, the best tissues, rain and raging surf. We did not, however, talk about Naplan - hurrah!

  5. Your commenters are a very interesting bunch. And I mean that most sincerely. What have we been discussing? Lost, lots of incidents going on at son's school, what he should wear for Chinese day, Tracy Thorn's new album, black and white daisy theory, why my books are taking over the house.
