It's halftime at the footy, which seems the perfect time to get the Weekend Rewind underway. I peaked early last week with Guns'N'Roses November Rain, but my time has come this week. I can already hear Axl Rose wailing away in my mind...
In case you're wondering what I'm on about, welcome to the web's easiest linky. All you have to do to participate is to dust off an old post and link it up for some new comment love. Please follow the Fibro if we're not already friends, and be sure to visit a few of the other links to make some new friends. It's definitely worth the effort.
The prompt this week, as hinted at in the opening par, is November, so link up a post from November 2010, or earlier. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
To get you started, I'm sharing a post about one of my least favourite aspects of motherhood. This was clearly written on a less-than-stellar day.
Ready, set... Rewind!

Am ridiculously excited that you are up to November and I have a legit November post.
ReplyDeleteAlso I now have November Rain in my head... Aaah Axl, what can I say?
Take care and enjoy your weekend.
Finally! I get to post something light and funny, not heavy... Did you hear me people? Funny! It's not all death & autism @SquashedMom.com. Mostly, but not all.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend everyone. And Happy Autism Awareness Month -- just had to get that in ;-)
I'm in!! And you already know about my 'secret' Gunners obsession, so I won't comment on that! x
ReplyDeleteHave been thinking a lot lately again about simplifying the busy-house. So I thought it was an opportune time to revisit this post :-)
ReplyDeletehave a great weekend

Mine's a bit sad, but it was one that helped me through a tough time, and it might resonate with someone out there.
ReplyDeleteOoh, my Northern hemisphere autumn Novemberry posts are perfect for an Australian April autumny rewind. Does that make sense?

I'm so excited to be able to join in this time. I started my blog in November of last year.
ReplyDeleteThe post I have chosen is quite a sad one. But I didn't have any followers back in November so I'm not sure how many people ever got to read it. So here it is.
I'm glad I've found your blog through edenland and I can't wait to participate in your weekend rewind.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... i still need to wait for sometime since i just started in blogger last march. I have old blogs but I don't know why there isn't a single entry for november... sigh :(
so hope to join in the fun for the next rounds...
cheers ☺
I missed last week and I didn't have anything too fantastic in November, so I linked one from late October.... November Rain.... remember it well.
ReplyDeleteAt last you get to the months when I had started my blog. And it was quite poignant re-reading that post today as I am as of right now back in California - when I wrote that post Iast November i had no idea that this was where we were headed again.
ReplyDeleteAnd I know I have posted late! But in CA it is only Saturday afternoon not Sunday morning.
